Can you lead by example and manage your team effectively and eficiently through excellent communication,appropriate behaviour, and able to carry out staff training, assessments and disciplinaries?

Are you able to work on your own initiative maintaining comprehensive records in-line with CQC requirements? Are you fully trained in the administration of Medication, completing Audits, Mar Charts,Cream Charts,Care logs,Care Plans and Risk assessments?
