**Have you recently joined the job market - yet still seek career path clarity in a world full of noise?**

Looking for a client-facing position with some real teeth as part of a young, enlightened and entrepreneurial organisation where you can kickstart a career in healthcare management just by being yourself?

Founded in 2014 and intent on leaving an ear-shaped dent in the universe, our client has three, purpose-built, state-of-the-art, private clinics in London - and one in East Sussex - and are about to embark upon another wave of growth that will open up more internal opportunities for high-performing current and future staff.

Our client has a clear identity and brand - based on unparalleled client care and focus on clinical excellence, a track record of innovation, a bold vision and some of the best online reviews you will ever read.

If you are resourceful, charismatic, organised, punctual and caring and if you enjoy hard work and the unpredictability that every new day brings - especially when dealing with members of the public, some of whom may be in pain or in a state of anxiety with their hearing issues - then you will love this Clinic Manager role in this organisation.

- To facilitate the entire client journey in such a way that makes each and every client feel special and continues to generate fabulous online reviews.
- To be so engaged and to communicate so effectively and pro-actively with colleagues, clients and suppliers as to give the impression that you can see issues before they actually happen.
- To adhere to a such a high bar across a wide range of clinical and procedural standards - e.g. client record keeping, paediatric support and stock monitoring - that you have no fear of an inspection from our client’s regulator.

**About you**:

- Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Thirst for knowledge and learning.
- Highly effective communicator.
- Takes nothing for granted.
- Team player, team player, team player - including in the decisive moments when you have to step up and lead.
- Polite, kind and considerate - and also assertive when necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy.
- Agile, resourceful, determined, resilient.
- A sense of humour and a love of life.
- Able to multi-task - and also to prioritise at the same time.
