**Responsibilities**

Joining a growing team, you will support the team in the following duties:

- Deal with the day-to-day administration responsibilities for the team
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and liaising directly with clients to obtain money laundering documentation and assist them with the onboarding process.
- Assist with the registration of Trust’s with HMRC via the Trust Registration Services.
- Assist with the preparation of Trust and Estate Accounts, annual tax returns, R185’s and R40 Forms.
- Assist with Trust and Estates administration, including the preparation of IHT forms and calculations.
- Review HMRC accounts for clients.
- Respond to HMRC correspondence and assisting with enquiries.
- Assist with the preparation of lifetime personal tax returns.
- Assist with the preparation of CGT 60-day reporting and calculation of CGT due.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.

**Requirements**:
Whilst no accountancy or tax experience is required, applicants should satisfy the following:

- GCSE in Maths and English (grade 5 or above)
- Excellent IT skills; MS Office Suite and able to pick up new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Enjoy working as a team
- Organised, good time management and able to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
