What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers whilst maintaining quality with assessment of key underwriting and completions documents. Working closely with the underwriting team and completions team, you will gain valuable exposure to a range of areas within the business, providing you with the opportunity to develop your career within financial services and gain valuable knowledge around the mortgage lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include
- Providing a consistently high quality of customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Responding to, Solicitors and Brokers written and verbal communication in respect of complex queries relating to Legal and Underwriting matters. Handling calls from mortgage intermediaries and Solicitors.
- Arranging for the release of retentions, re-releases and Further Advances in line with the Bank’s Financial and Credit mandate.
- Reviewing Underwriting conditions and where necessary requesting confirmation from Solicitors prior to satisfying.
- Reviewing and agreeing property reports and if necessary refer to Valuer and assessing the response.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £22,000 - £24,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Could you be the one?:
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

- Previous experience in administration/processing/completions role with a mortgage lender, broker firm or financial institution is essential.
- Previous primary servicing or collections experience would be an advantage.
- GSCE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English are essential.
