Funeral Arranger

At Lodge Brothers, we know that organising a funeral can seem like a daunting task and it is our honour and privilege to be able to support families at their time of need. We are currently recruiting for relief funeral arrangers, this role provides support and holiday and sickness cover to our funeral staff who work from dedicated locations.

Lodge Brothers are an eighth-generation family business with forty eight funeral homes, employing around one hundred and sixty colleagues. **About you**

If you are looking for a new challenge in a rewarding environment, we are interested in speaking with you. No previous funeral arranger experience is necessary as full and ongoing training will be given to support you.

However, to be considered for an interview, you will need to consider the following;
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Evidence of managing multiple tasks successfully
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in IT - Experience of Databases, Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Previous experience with statutory legal paperwork would be advantageous
- Ability to travel around the company network - Full clean driving licence, car owner with business insurance.
- Living within an easy commute of West London, as well as the wider network
- **Working Hours 08:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday**
