As part of the Bar/Floor Team in one of our venues, the following will be required;
- Setting up and breaking down the bar.
- Cleaning, polishing, and sanitising surfaces of bar.
- Assisting with the opening and closing of the bar.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly bar by keeping items off the bar area.
- Restocking all items on the bar.
- Checking for product expiration dates.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organised.
- Preparing for each shift by cleaning, stocking, and folding tableware etc.
- Counting money as part of your shift.
- Deliver the highest standards of guest experience and ensure these standards are practiced consistently

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A personal licence is admirable for this role although not necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old (or older) at all times while working in this position.
