Cafe Assistant

**The Roles within Temple Fun**:

- Taking orders quickly and accurately using our POS tills
- Food and drink service
- Running orders from the kitchen to the tables
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and clearing tables
- Barista coffee duties
- Preparing coffee and other hot and cold drinks
- Till duties
- Take payments
- Restocking fridges and confectionery stands
- Following opening and closing checklists accurately
- Following food safety regulations

**Further details**:

- Wage is depending on experience and age.
- The shifts will be usually Monday to Friday, between the times of 09.30 and 17.30 (variable shifts)
- We will require shifts to be worked on a weekend, this will only be 2 out of 4 weekends per month

**Characteristics we are looking for**:

- Great customer care skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work on a ‘clean as you go’ basis
- Cafe experience is not essential as on site training will be given
