- Managing the recruitment process from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and managing timelines.
- Collaborating with clients and managing their expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Assisting with post-offer aftercare and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generating leads and partnering with sales consultants to drive business growth.
- Producing accurate and timely management information to support decision-making.
- Participating in networking events to expand professional connections and promote our brand.

**Key Performance Indicators**:
Your success in this role will be measured against the following performance indicators:

- Meeting agreed source KPI activity targets.
- Managing your performance within agreed parameters and seeking guidance when needed.
- Actively participating in networking events and client visits to build strong relationships.
- Maintaining compliance with external regulations.
- Achieving the interview-to-offer conversion ratio as directed by your line manager

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
