Responsibilities: Overseeing the sandwich/salad section of the kitchen. Requirements: Organised, clean, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Hours: Some flexibility but a requirement to cover at least 11am-3pm. Weekends included, with full weekends off on a rotational basis.

**Weekend Kitchen Assistant**:

- One-day commitment (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional opportunities for both days. Ideal for those seeking weekend employment with a passion for culinary excellence.
