Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various tasks related to carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, and general maintenance
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Fabricate and install structures and fixtures as needed
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced tradesmen when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role
- Proficient in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, etc.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in various trades
- Ability to read plans and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,574.00-£29,506.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
