We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a fast paced and exciting programme team. In this role you will be assisting our team members to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate to assist cross functional teams in meeting their delivery goals. To be successfulin this role you will have demonstrated strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and enable teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. Ultimately, you will be accountable for launching great new productexperiences that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

**As a Scrum Master, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Create great outcomes and products that delight our clients and give them a fantastic digital experience
- Ensure the team remain focussed on what our clients are telling us and help drive innovation across the product
- Coach the Agile team in applying?Lean Agile and?Scrum to achieve business value?
- Work to remove impediments and blockers for the team
- Coach stakeholders in expectations from?Lean Agile and?Scrum Framework?
- Ensure?key?stakeholders are active in relevant ceremonies.?
- Ensure the goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone within the team
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and teams?to?ensure?the backlog?is current and prioritised.?

**To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate**:

- Minimum of 3 years Scrum Master experience
- Knowledge of multiple agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle?
- Ability to?lead, coach?and influence team in adopting the?Lean?Agile principles???
- Ability to ensure the appropriate use of Scrum/Kanban?process?
- Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy?
- Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team?remove impediments?
- Excellent communication in addition to collaboration, analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients??
