**Reporting to**:Service Manager

**Hours**: 16 hours per week on a rolling rota, which may include weekends

Operating for over 45 years, Access Community Trust is a multi-award-winning charity and provider of housing, youth services, health/wellbeing and employability services across Suffolk and Norfolk. **About the role**:
**Essential**:

- A genuine desire to want to serve people and deliver a great experience to our customers
- Strong team player, yet capable of working independently as required
- Excellent customer service skills
- To be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable with a strong work ethic

**Desirable**:

- Experience within a food preparation/cafe environment
- Level 2 Food Hygiene knowledge/experience
- The ability to operate IT/till based service equipment for orders, till usage and card payments
- Cash handling experience
