Part Time Accounts Assistant

We are thrilled to be working with a successful and reputable manufacturing company based in Witney, who are looking for a **part-time Accounts Assistant** to join their team as soon as possible on a temp to perm basis.
This role is initially temporary, however, for the right person there will be the opportunity to go permanent. This position is part time (16 to 30 hours per week) and there is flexibility around the working hours.
**Bookkeeping at AAT level2 or equivalent - required either fully qualified or currently studying.**
**Knowledge of Sage (preferred), Quickbooks or Zero - required**
Duties to include:
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Sending out customer statements monthly
- Chasing up outstanding payments where necessary
- Checking supplier statements against invoices monthly ready for payment run
- Helping to prepare reports for the management team
- Reporting customer payments to the sales team to ensure smooth running of cash-flow and customer service.
- Filing and scanning paperwork as required
- Recording all payments and receipts in Sage and reconciling the bank.
