**The Opportunity**:

- Join a dynamic and friendly department of conveyancing specialists and become an integral member of the team.
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish including, but not limited to, sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, and transfers of equity.
- Receive proactive support on your caseload from knowledgeable support staff.

**You will have**:

- Demonstrable experience of handling a mixed caseload of residential property transactions.
- Excellent standards of client care.
- Good IT skills and experience of using a case management system.
