Do you have a passion in market research and insight in order to better equip teams make the right marketing and resourcing decisions for their fundraising activity?

Tearfund's Global Fundraising Group are looking for an experienced and effective Senior Market Researcher to join their team. **Y**ou'll be responsible for the strategic use of Tearfund's supporter data and research to strengthen and reinforce the organisation; specifically the Global Fundraising Group, by providing vital insight and analysis to inform Fundraising strategies and help the organisation to better discern our existing and potential supporters, so that we may acquire and retain them.

The Global Fundraising Group has a vision to grow a global community of people who want to enter into a whole-life response to poverty with help from Tearfund. They will be invited to give, pray, campaign, volunteer and make lifestyle changes, according to how they feel challenged to respond. We have a ministry to inspire and help people to live generously - in every sense of the word.
- Provide the group's market research requirements
- Lead, manage, plan and deliver key projects to support the development and execution of the Group Strategy
- Raise the profile of research & insight across the group
