As a researcher, you will be part of a dynamic team that handles various research projects within the vaping industry. You will use your analytical skills and creativity to get the best results from your research findings. You will also collaborate with other researchers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the best result of your work.

**Reporting to** : Head of R&D

**Main duties**:

- Carry out market research via visiting Vape Shops, Convenience shops, Vape Exhibitions etc.
- Conduct Face-to-face contact and surveys; fostering a network of reliable sources
- Desk research
- Media research
- Attending relevant exhibitions and shows.
- Run the internal and external testing sessions.
- Colleague feedback
- Liaise with internal skill sources to assist with feedback and surveys e.g. the Internal Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing dept.
- Check the competitor activity and analysis to establish true and factual insight into market requirements, trends, innovations, gaps and challenges.
- Assist in the sourcing of new or improved/replacement products in line with insight.
- Testing and evaluating our product flavours, device performance and give constructive feedback.
- Have the ability to assess key priorities and plan work accordingly, with effective time management.
- Following launches, monitor product sales and carry out an evaluation of the process to ensure continual improvement.
- Ensure that all products are safe, fit for purpose, meet quality expectations and comply with the relevant up-to-date regulations.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good MS office skills.
- Works well within a team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
