My fantastic Client is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join their team.
The Transport Coordinator is a very important role within the business. The coordinator will be required to efficiently route plan their fleet of vehicles, arranging daily deliveries. The coordinator will also monitor daily progress of vehicles liaisingwith the drivers and customers to ensure that times and service levels are adhered to while also ensuring compliance of drivers and vehicles.
**Person Specification**
- Minimum 2 years previous experience of working within transport planning operations
- Pro-active
- Strong organizational skills
- Good systems knowledge (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure within demanding timelines
Salary is up to £31,000 + benefits
