Caretaker - Facilities

**Caretaker** required to join a small team working on shifts over two sites, Monday to Friday. The role will cover a rotating four shift pattern on weekdays with occasional overtime on Saturdays, This is a permanent, full time role workingfor an established organisation based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

The Caretaker will work on a split shift system over a four week cycle to provide a comprehensive range of caretaking and cleaning duties and include site security, pool car safety, maintenance checks, intruder and fire alarm call outs, health and safetychecks. Full training will be provided.
- Full driving licence essential
- Ability to work on split shifts and cover call outs as a key holder
- A 'can do’ and flexible attitude
- Willingness to train as a First Aider

**Desirable - but not essential**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within facilities / building maintenance
- Pedestrian / Fork Lift Truck licence
- Fire Marshall, manual handling and Health & Safety experience
