We are looking to recruit an Freight Forwarding Trainee. Experience not necessary, but a strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and be part of a team is essential.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with customs entries online.
- Managing paperwork to ensure timely completion of submissions and deadlines.
- Working with the freight forwarding team, you will be expected to assist any duties requested as part of the training programme.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls associated with the role functions.
- Filing and maintaining information logs as appropriate.
- Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices. Dealing with queries, filing and general administration tasks.
- Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and members of staff.

**Profile**
- Competent user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and ensure deadlines are met.
- Good communication skills
- Minimum education requirements: Maths and English GCSE grade C or above.
- Willingness to progress.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
