Joinery Estimator

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Joinery Estimator, you will be responsible for**:
Project Estimation:
Accurately estimating the costs of joinery projects within specified deadlines.

Tender Preparation:
Prepare competitive and compelling tender submissions.

Cost Analysis:
Conducting comprehensive cost analysis and ensuring that estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints.

Client Interaction:
Engaging with clients to understand project specifications, providing professional advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Supplier Negotiation:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.

Documentation:
Producing detailed and well-organized documentation, including cost breakdowns, material lists, and project timelines.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 10 years experience in joinery estimation, with a proven track record of successful project bids.

**Education**:
Relevant degree or qualification in joinery, construction management, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in joinery and construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Dependant on experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
