The Network Coordinator will join a vibrant, supportive and mission focused team supporting the growth of our global CISL Network through the establishment of a digital knowledge sharing platform, an ambitious programme of events and thought leadership development. You will support the efficient management of projects and data within the team and help facilitate communication with colleagues and members of our global network.

Day to day tasks in this role include:

- Coordinating activities across a busy, community focused team
- Working with data to help build and activate our global network
- Assisting with events and outreach for community building
- Supporting web and social updates relating to the network

Applicants must be committed to the values that underpin CISL's work and will be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

- Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent standard / NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of practical experience.
- Experience working in a communications, marketing or externally focused team.
- Experience working with Client Relationship Management systems, ideally with enhanced data management and analytical skills.
- Experience working with online Content Management Systems for websites or portals.
- Comfortable working across the key social media channels and experience of analysing engagement levels.
- Experience of event management and / or logistics; coordination, organisation and booking
- both face to face and online webinars.
- Administrative experience including the management of budgets, invoices, and subscriptions.
- Strong competence in the standard Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other digital systems.
