Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Marketing assistant] £25,000 pro rota - FTC 9 months - LONDON BASED (Paddington)

Job Purpose
This family is dedicated to revenue generation from both new business and existing accounts. They own and manage
all direct sales channels and the bid and marketing activity required to support delivery of targets through those
channels. Marketing roles are concerned with brand development, relationship marketing, market and customer
insight and commercial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and are responsible for meeting lead generation targets.
Your Role Purpose
To provide assistance to the marketing team to enable them to deliver against their campaigns and plans. This will
involve working across multiple projects and working across the full communications and marketing mix.
Your Key Deliverables
- Provide admin support to the senior marketing manager.
- Assist in the delivery of the in touch app marketing strategy.
- Assist the marketing managers to execute campaigns to encourage app onboarding.
- Support the marketing manager to create reports on marketing activity.
- Copywrite
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Assist in the organisation of events, collating requirements, merchandise packs etc.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral.
- Support the marketing executive in the production of and presentation of social listening analysis and
sentiment reports to show progress against plans and objectives
- Assist in the development of app promotional plans, integrated digital communication and marketing
campaigns across all business areas.
- Send daily digital marketing campaigns using the D365 marketing app to ensure maximum onboarding of
patients onto the app.
- Alongside the marketing team, deliver all app invitations, SMS reminders and nudge campaigns to encourage
uptake of app.
- Manage own workload seeking guidance from manager as team priorities change.
- Prioritise responses to requests for uploads online, calling on assistance from other; members of the team at

- Chair / Attend all relevant committees aligned to remit of the role
- Be aware of all responsibilities relating to Infection Prevention and Control
Your Skills and Knowledge
- BA (in relevant discipline) or equivalent (NVQ/Diploma) or training/industry experience in relevant field e.g.
marketing, digital marketing, brand, media
- Good general education including grade A-C GCSE English and Maths
- Adeptness with using the full Adobe suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Animate, Photoshop, After Effects /
or another leading design and animation/photo-editing software packages
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
