CALL HANDLER
Job Title: Call Handler
Location: Chippenham
Days of work: Various, weekends OR Monday-Friday OR Monday-Tuesday OR Monday-Thursday
Hours of work: 10am-4pm
Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour
The Call Handler role:
The Call Handler position will be telephone based, answering large volumes of incoming calls and order processing from advertisement lines.
What you will need to be a Call Handler:
We will need Call Handlers to be kind and professional and have a courteous telephone manner, with excellent customer service skills and be a team player.
No experience is necessary for a fast learner, if they hold the values we live by as stated above.
