We are looking for an experienced Joiner/General Builder. To start asap.
Key requirements:
Competent, confident and plenty of experience in carpentry/general building.
A full set of tools - hand and power - and full knowledge of how to use them safely.
High level of knowledge of carpentry and building materials being used.
Reliable and punctual.
Hard working, respectful and well-mannered.
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and train junior team members.
Good people skills and excellent team player.
Excellent eye for detail, resilience and problem-solving skills - in order to overcome unexpected challenges during the construction process.
Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently to a high standard.
Responsible and considerate for those working around you.
Be able to work with other trades and subcontractors as required.
Ability to interpret drawings and plans and to take accurate measurements.
Excellent planning and organisational skills - for utilising time and resources effectively.
An ability to make decisions under pressure, so that the project can progress.
An awareness of and compliance with health and safety procedures and legislation - for running a safe construction site.

Pay negotiable, based on experience and expectations agreed

**Salary**: £180.00-£200.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
