Fish Fryer

**Position Summary**:
The Fish Fryer is responsible for preparing food items to be served at customer requests. The Fryer will ensure proper presentation of the food and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

**Essential Duties**:The essential functions of the position are as follows:

- Prepare food items at the station by following proper pre-cooking procedures and recipe testing.
- Follow all sanitation procedures listed in kitchen management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Arrange for service orders by following proper ordering procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.75 per hour

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newbiggin-by-the-Sea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
