Are you a Junior / Trainee Mechanical Engineer with hands on experience looking for a career within maintenance, with plenty of ongoing training and development and clear routes to progress into senior positions?

As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery and building fabrics within a busy manufacturing environment, such as pumps and cranes. You will work closely with the senior engineering team to gain vitalknowledge and training, allowing you to progress into a more senior role.

This company were founded just over 20 years ago and are growing group of skilled professionals that pride themselves in their work, specialising in a niche industry within manufacturing. Off the back of recent success, they are expanding and are lookingfor someone with vast potential looking to progress into a senior role.

This role would suit someone who has mechanical engineering experience and is not afraid to get their hands dirty to develop their maintenance career.

**The Role**:

- General hands-on maintenance on a variety of machinery and the building itself
- Ongoing training through shadowing other engineers
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, 40 hours a week
- Hourly paid, £13.50 - £17 an hour DOE
- Overtime paid at 1.5x

**The Person**:

- Hands-on engineering background
- Mechanical or electrical experience
- Looking for a career in maintenance
