**The role - Finance Business Partner Asset Management**

As Finance Business Partner Asset Management you will work with other Finance Business Partners and the Group Reporting Manager to delivery the financial report in a timely manner. You will support the Asset Management, Health and Safety and Compliance team as their financial lead.

**What you’ll do**

You will
- Oversee the Major repairs programme, ensuring spend is accurately allocated and component replacements reflected in ledger and asset register
- Ensure management accounts, budgets and forecasts are delivered to strict deadlines
- Work with budget holders to actively manage risks, draft action plans, review performance and identify potential savings
- Present management information packs at directorate, senior management and other service review meetings regularly
- Assist in the statutory account production providing quality audit file and producing monthly audit schedules
- Provide monthly reconciliations against the monthly contractors spend reports

**What you’ll need**

We’re looking for someone who:

- is a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- is experienced in setting up and maintaining successful partnerships
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- has a strong finance background with a proven track record in financial and management reporting
- has a high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deal with large and complex levels of data
