Title and Summary

Trainee Computer Operator

Overview
- Monitors the Mastercard networking environments to ensure a consistently high level of service at all times to meet established SLA's
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitors service levels for data and voice remove this replace with the following ( mastercard global infrustrature) networking equipment and software
- Clarifies common customer problems and provides resolution for simple system failures or degradations according to standard protocols
- Performs standard testing and analysis of all elements of the network and data center facilities
- Monitors and takes corrective actions for problems as they arise to minimizing customer impact
- Creates and/or updates internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members on defined procedures and may supervise/coordinate work of support individual contributors

Experiences
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of procedures and protocols, clarifying customer problems and resolving system failures according to protocols

- Experience performing standard testing and analysis of network and data center facilities
