At Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (LTHT) we have a well-established team of emergency medicine Physician Associates (PAs) which we are seeking to expand with the addition of two new permanent PAs. The role involves working cross-site with time split between Leeds General Infirmary and St. James University Hospital Emergency Departments.

The postholders will join a team of 8 substantive and 2 foundation PAs working alongside other members of our large multi-disciplinary team in assessing patients attending the departments with a broad case mix of injury and illness ranging from minor to major severity. PAs work in all areas of the department including minors, majors and resus.
