**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the performance of operational processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to other departments in order to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
This Post is maternity cover until June 2024
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Antrim, County Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
