As a Leisure Attendant, you are responsible for delivering an excellent guest and member experience.

We are now recruiting for a Leisure Attendant to join our team at The Welcombe Hotel. This is a casual position, working **whenever you are able to work.**

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Running the reception desk and taking enquiries/bookings and handling them effectively and through to resolution
- Ensure adequate coverage of the pool, gym and reception
- Carry out regular pool tests
- Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, pool side and gym facilities
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Promote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective members

The Welcombe is a calendar country house located on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. The Hotel holds 85 bedrooms and 7 spacious apartments for groups, a Spa with hydropool, an 18-hole championship golf course and acres of landscaped gardens which make for picture perfect wedding memories.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate previous experience in a customer facing role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
