Highfield Community Primary School are looking for a caring and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working team. The post will initially be within our Early Years Unit. Our school has a welcoming, positive and inclusive atmosphere with a focus on equality, high expectations, achievement, and respect.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

- Is excited and enthused by their role and by the prospect of working with young people.
- supports our school ethos and our Early Years Practice.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS and primary and how to support pupils so that they reach their potential.
- Has a positive attitude and approach with very high expectations of achievements and behaviour
- Is highly motivated and committed to ensuring active participation, learning and achievement of all our pupils particularly within EYFS.
- Is able to work flexibly, show sensitivity and adapt learning experiences to particular needs.
- Can form good relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents.
