**Salary**: £13.13

Working hours: 5 days over 7, 4.30am till 9.30am

Your new role:
**What you'll do**:

- To ensure, in conjunction with line management, that adequate staffing levels are maintained and organise daily workloads, ensuring fair distribution of tasks.
- Take responsibility for induction training for new starts, ensuring all H&S, company and cleaning procedures are clearly explained and demonstrated.
- To provide adequate supervision and instruction on a daily basis, reporting instances of lateness, excessive breaks or incomplete shifts to Line management.
- To carry out routine and ad hoc domestic duties as required in support of Boeing employees to ensure compliance with performance standards. These duties include the cleaning of all areas as directed, offices and all associated meeting rooms, training suites and operational areas required through contractual services.
- To operate with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM
- To respond to all helpdesk calls during working hours and make effective reports of faults found to be reported to the helpdesk in turn.
- To ensure the safe storage for all chemicals and domestic consumables.
- To provide adequate supplies of domestic consumables in the appropriate areas and complete a weekly stock order.
- To ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of all equipment used by Robertson Facilities Management (RFM).
- To ensure that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
- To populate and process auditable completion documents.
- To assist in the compliant segregation of site waste.
- To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
- To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
- The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RFM’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the housekeeping services.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience in co-ordinating a team
- Working knowledge of COSHH
- Working knowledge of H&S
- Rehis, Bics or similar cleaning qualification desirable but not essential as training will be given.
- A positive approach and Team ethic is essential.
