Are you a highly motivated, organised and proactive individual who has some working knowledge of looking after facilities and assets, who would enjoy the challenge of joining an existing team, providing a wide ranging and efficient service looking after assets belonging to the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority?

We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator who wouldhave responsibility for maintaining assets, ensuring compliance and working with the wider team to make continuous improvements to our assets. The role will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and associated statutory compliance for a number of sites as well as having responsibility for the replacement of on street infrastructure in a given area.

You will need to have a suitable level of qualifications, have some knowledge of dealing with quotes and invoices, have good computer skills and a general understanding of the built environment. You will be engaging with a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, both internal and external and it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative. Good planning and organising skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience.
