**ROOFER (Pitched & Flat Roofing)**

We are a Roofing Company with a large client base and lots of work.

We are looking for an **‘Experienced Roofer’ **with **Pitched & Flat Roofing Skills (Slate, Tile, Lead Work, Torch-On Felt)**.
- Do you live within 20 miles of Hoddesdon?
- Must be able to identify a roofing problem and be able to explain and demonstrate the solution.
- Must be well organised and confident in completing a roof from start to finish.
- Must be reliable and able to work on your own and as part of a team.
- You must have all your own tools.
- Must have good communication skills, dealing with the office and customers.
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles).
- Blue ‘Skilled Worker’ Roofing CSCS card will be required, but not essential to start.

Pay Range
- Base: £160 to £210 per day (Dependant on Skills & CSCS Card)
- OTE: £800 - £1270 (Mon-Fri)
- OTE: £41,600 - £66,040 (per year)
- with Potential to earn far more.

Pay: £160.00-£210.00 per day

- 'Lead Work' Roofing: 5 years (preferred)
- 'Lead Welding' Roofing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Driving Licence (Manual Vehicles) (required)
- GREEN ‘Labourer’ CSCS card (preferred)
- BLUE Roofing ‘Skilled Worker’ CSCS card (preferred)
