We are a dynamic and fast-growing financial planning paraplanning firm seeking a highly motivated and efficient Paraplanning Administrator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and paraplanners
- Manage client files and ensure they are up-to-date
- Liaise with product providers and other third-party companies
- Assist with research and analysis for financial planning reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
