Job Title: HR Change Manager (18-month FTC)
Location: Kent / hybrid

**Salary**: up to £45,000pa
A public sector organisation are seeking a HR Change Manager to join their team on an 18-month FTC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting agenda for change
- Leading evaluation of Pay structure
- Reward strategy
- Working closely with key stakeholders
- Providing advice to SLT
**Requirements**:

- Motivated HR expert with HR consultancy or change management experience
- CIPD Level 7
- Strong project management skills
- Passionate about working collaboratively with stakeholders
