**Job Title**: Exam Invigilator
**Location**: Secondary School, Mansfield
**Type**: Part-time/Temporary

We are seeking diligent and attentive Exam Invigilators to join our team at SAAF Education, working with schools across Mansfield. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and smooth running of the examination process. Invigilators will be responsible for supervising examinations to ensure they are carried out according to the established rules and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the examination hall is set up and ready for students before they arrive.
- Check students into the examination room, verifying identities and ensuring that they have necessary materials.
- Distribute and collect examination papers, ensuring that all materials are accounted for before and after each exam.
- Monitor the examination room to prevent cheating and ensure that students adhere to the examination rules at all times.
- Provide necessary assistance to students during exams, such as answering queries about exam procedures without compromising the assessment standards.
- Manage the behavior of students to prevent any disturbances or unfair advantages.
- Assist students with special needs by providing appropriate accommodations as required.
- Collect and securely deliver completed examination scripts to the appropriate authority.
- Report any incidents or irregularities to the examination coordinator.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to remain calm and authoritative in a stressful environment.
- Flexibility to work during examination periods and at varying hours as needed.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in an educational environment or as an exam invigilator.
- Familiarity with the exam process and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
