Visual Merchandiser

**Job Role**

Here at Whistlefish we are seeking an energetic, organised and keen individual to join our growing team.

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for merchandising 11 shops across Devon and Cornwall, and ensuring accurate stock control and rotation in all stores. This role is an exciting oppotunity for an individual interested in merchandising, styling and visuals within retail. On a day to day basis you will be ensuring all stock is accurate, actively rotating stock from old to new and ensuring the best customer experience.

You will work directly under the Visual Merchandising Manager. As a team you will keep our stores looking bright, fresh and beautiful.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring clean, tidy and organised shops in all locations
- Accurately accounting for all stock
- Rotating stock often, displaying newness
- Linking in with marketing, website and social media teams in Head Office
- Leading by example in the stores with shop staff
- Giving great customer service
- Visually setting up newness
- Covering stores when needed

As a retail position, you will be required to be flexible with working weekends and bank holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Visual Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
