**Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Case Handler/Associate Property Lawyer/Trainee Conveyancer**

**Location: Cardiff - Hybrid**

**Salary: £21,000**

**You will have**:

- Recent experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish (desired but not essential)
- Experience dealing with the wider public in a customer-serving role.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
