**Job overview**:
Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust Education and Workforce Development Team are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Education & Workforce Administration post to provide high-quality administrative support to the Education Team.

The post holder will provide general administrative and CPD administrative support to Education and Workforce Development Team.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work well under pressure and meet the challenges of working to deadline.

**Main duties of the job**:
Assist Education and Workforce team manager to set up dates for all the internal courses delivered by the Practice Educators for the HCAs/RNs in the Trust on a monthly basis

Liaising with the communication team to advertise the training dates on the Trust webpage VICTOR

Liaising with the Learning and Organisation team manager to input all the training dates to the online booking system for the staff to book places.

Liaising with the wards/departments to advertise the training dates

Coordinate each training day to ensure the smooth running of sessions

Supports the team in administrative and clerical work

To set up an electronic delegate list of all training days to allow monitoring/maintaining the attendance list

Send out an e-confirmation letter to all the delegates and the ward sisters prior to each training day

Monitor booking cancellations by re-allocating places that have been cancelled

Prior to each training day, co-ordinate with the Practice Educators to discuss the number of delegates and reschedule dates if the attendance is below the minimum required number

Escalate capacity issues ahead of time to facilitators and plan for additional sessions
