**The Role**

You will be working as part of the finance team in which you will undertake a range of finance tasks to support the team and the business, in addition to playing a key role in ensuring internal and external reporting deadlines are met. You will be responsiblefor updating and maintaining the operational system whilst actively speaking to the project managers and liaising with the companies client base.

**Your tasks include**:

- Maintenance of the operational finance systems
- Creation of MI reports for internal use
- Supporting project managers in providing analysis into the data
- Producing an enhancing existing dashboards
- Drive resolution and implementing controls to mitigate reporting fluctuations
- Working with clients to ensure purchase orders are issued and subsequent invoices paid
- Raising Invoices
- Reviewing, approving and exporting expenses for payments
- Actively engage into finance projects
- Support financial audit

- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Strong ethics
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Good understanding of basic finance terminology
- Good IT skills and ability to learn and explore new systems and processes
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written communication
