UCL Careers provides career education to current students, graduates and staff of UCL, as well as recruitment solutions for employers. UCL Careers provides a ‘core’ service for students as well as bespoke support within some academic areas, including UCL’s School of Management.

The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics, and entrepreneurship.

The 2021 Research Excellence Framework (REF) rated 95% of the research performed in the UCL School of Management as ‘world-leading’ and ‘internationally excellent’, placing the School 2nd in the UK for Business and Management.

**About the role**:
There is the opportunity for this to be a hybrid working position, with a mix of on-campus and remote working if desired.

**About you**:
We are looking for people with a passion for coaching/mentoring, and who have experience of supporting the career development of others. Having experience in, or knowledge of, one or more of our students’ top sectors of interest (Management Consulting, Finance, Technology) as well as international labour markets, is advantageous. The UCL Careers’ School of Management team are constantly challenging themselves to develop and be better in order to deliver sector-leading Careers support. We are looking for people who share a similar commitment to professional excellence, and who thrive on being part of a busy, collaborative team.
