Apprentice Sales Associate

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our BMW Dealership in Hailsham is looking to recruit a new Apprentice Sales Associate.

About the position

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Product Genius position involves:

- Maintaining in-depth, specialist knowledge of the BMW products
- Aim to create a new retail experience for our customers
- Handing over vehicles to customers and explaining all the product features
- Supporting the sales team
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

About our requirements

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Customer awareness.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Full driving licence.

Things to Consider

Successful applicants must be prepared to travel to the BMW Group Academy in Berkshire to complete their apprenticeship training. Training is completed in one-week blocks approximately once every two months. All training costs will be covered by the the BMW retailer (travel, accommodation, food)
