Person Specification
In order to occupy this exciting SEN Teaching Assistant post, you must be an intuitive and hardworking graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with young students based on experience gained from a similar role. With a keen dedication to succeedin this SEN Teaching Assistant role, the chosen individual must demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting the learning of the pupils they work with. Representing a positive role model for the group of SEN students they regularly work with, the ideal SENTeaching Assistant will be an individual who can build positive relationships that induce greater levels of academic engagement and achievement from these students.
