Role Duties:
- Referencing
- Booking staff training for the year
- Ensuring training is delivered and completed
- Data inputting onto HR system
- Completing actions from any meetings
- Planning staff members professional development and tracking progress
- Researching local development opportunities for staff
- Issuing birthday cards for all staff
- To conduct wellbeing phone calls to support the staff team
- Answering phone calls directed to HR
- Daily admin

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
