Trade Sales Estimator

**The role**:
The key aim of this role is to provide excellent customer service, produce accurate and timely quotes and establish, maintain and develop relationships with our customers.

You will be part of a small team, with a larger, friendly and experienced wider team to help, support and challenge each other to keep improving and evolving.

We fabricate and offer high quality products, have a comprehensive showroom, invest in leading edge machinery and are always happy to develop the business to meet customer needs
- so nothing should get in the way of you being able to sell, develop yourself and improve the department.

Following training as necessary, day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

- Showroom consultations
- Gathering and interpreting detailed technical information
- Producing detailed, accurate and timely quotes whilst maintaining agreed margins
- Maintaining an understanding of current and relevant Building Regulations
- Following order placement, you will obtain from the customer accurate final manufacturing information and provide this to the Order Processing Department to process accordingly
- Creating, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our B2B customers.

**The person**:
The most important attributes to be successful in this role are: technical and numerical acumen, good attention to detail, great customer service skills and excellent organisational skills that enable effective multi-tasking. Previous sales experience would be beneficial, and experience from within the industry be advantageous

Exeter Trade Aluminium Ltd are manufacturers of high quality aluminium windows, doors, sliding and bi-foldings based in Sowton, Exeter.

We are conveniently located near the Park & Ride and Digby Train Station and on site parking is available

Our reputation for quality products at competitive prices since our inception in 2015 has seen growth year on year, and this is expected to continue following our recent expansion into a second factory.

**Salary**: £25K -£30K per annum basic (depending on experience) plus an uncapped discretionary bonus - circa £5k for satisfactory performance. So, On Target Earnings circa £30K-£35K per annum.
