**Installation Manager 40k WINSFORD**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing Renewable energy company as an Office based Installation Manager at their head office in Winsford. They are seeking an organised and flexible individual to coordinate installations ensuring ontime, on budget, safe and quality installations adhere to our high standards, always seeking continuous improvements. You will manage the installation project team to ensure end-to-end project management is provided and a clear handover process to the serviceteam is in play. All aspects of administration to support smooth operations must be demonstrated.

**Duties include.**
- Planning and scheduling to ensure delivery of renewable energy construction projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Managing all installations, delivering on time and to budget
- Quality control - Compliance with standards, design/instructions, timings, and processes
- Coordinate site activities with the clients and sub-contractors to ensure works are properly managed and communicated between relevant parties.
- Ensure the sub-contractors compile all necessary build documentation.
- Actively manage key sub-contractor relationships to ensure highest quality project delivery and H&S standards are maintained through regular reviews and value assessment.
- Actively manage supplier base and supplier relationships to ensure effective balance between value and service.
- Actively manage supplier base to ensure highest quality customer service is provided and maintained through regular reviews and value assessments.
- Overseeing admin staff members in the office - maintaining SLA'S AND KPI'S
- Installation background within any given field
- The ability to identify areas for improvement and to implement and develop existing processes/systems.
- Be able to work in high pace environment and be a confident decision maker.
- Be able to build and maintain a great relationship with the customer? And internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
