A maritime-orientated high-end design house and technical consulting firm is currently recruiting for a Senior IT Technician. If you have a strong foundation of technical ability and understanding, and you're looking for your next challenge or to gainexperience of enterprise level systems and support, then this position is ideal for you.
This is a hands-on and end user facing role, providing support for 600+ users around the UK, so you'll ideally be based close to the Teddington or Central London offices. The role is a predominantly office-based role (3-4 days on site) with occasional remoteworking and travel to other offices as required.

**The Role**
As a Senior IT Technician you would be the primary point of contact for end users across the business, with an emphasis on delivering amazing customer service. You will be tasked with providing a wide variety of IT support services via the service desk; providingday to day support for the services; identifying connectivity problems; supporting the deployment of software; working with 3rd party service providers and responding to cyber security events. You will be expected to provide both technical and professionalguidance to more junior colleagues.
You will gain experience and understanding of a diverse range of systems and get to work on issues across the full spectrum of services on offer.
