- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish with a great attention to detail

**Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Partner with leaders to help identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning
- Provide leaders with information or training related to interviewing or documentation of interview findings
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations as needed
- Maintain up to date industry trends to have competitive advantage in recruiting efforts

**Strategic Initiatives**
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a national footprint
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict activity and effectiveness
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
- Partner with leaders to uncover and forecast needs thus developing customised recruiting strategies
- Propose and participate in ongoing best practices and improvements to our current recruitment efforts

**Compliance**
- Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation as required by law
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
